Preciosa crystal beads Bicone in Smoked Topaz AB 2X have a smooth thread hole and are multi-faceted to reflect the light, making them perfect to create bespoke designs. Preciosa Bicone Beads have a cylindrical shape and taper towards both ends to create a unique bi-conical shape. The multi-faceted surface of these beads, which narrows towards each end, adds texture, depth, and sparkle to different jewellery and custom-made designs.
Smoked Topaz AB 2X is a warm and rich colour that falls somewhere between brown and gold with a smoky, muted quality. This colour is inspired by the natural hues of the topaz gemstone and its smoky quality is reminiscent of the stone’s inclusions or treatment. The AB (Aurora Borealis) effect is an iridescent coating that covers the top of the crystal, making it shimmer like a rainbow. The base colour of the crystal can still be seen underneath but there is a noticeable pink and blue shine to it as it hits the light. The 2X indicates that the coating is on both sides of the crystal.
